This is an adorable little video going around the Internet for a while now. Whenever I need a little pick me up I just watch these little guys. I love Charlie's expressions and the way he laughs and smiles into the camera. Little mischievous baby! Got to love the way his brother talks too! "Char-LEE that really hurrt!
